Together with some L&D collegueas she has build an innovative learning network for Dutch Healthcare industry, which is also adopted by regular educational organizations. Janine focuses now on creating innovative Learning and Performance strategies together with companies by applying ‘the 5 moments of need’ methodology created by Bob Mosher & Conrad Gottfredson. Those strategies covering the complete learning and performance needs, the whole 70:20:10 approach, by creating, delivering and implementing adaptive learning and performance support solutions.
